BALTIMORE, Md., January 27, 2023 — Correlli Incorporated, a family-owned and -operated heavy machinery maintenance company headquartered just outside of Baltimore, announced today that Ryan Correlli has taken on the role of President, effective January 1. Having held the position of General Manager at Correlli Incorporated for the past 10 years, Ryan plans to bring his nearly 25 years of industry experience to his new role. The company also announced that Sales and Parts Manager, Bill Correlli will be taking on a new role as Vice President.
“Bill and I are really excited about this announcement as it kicks off a lot of changes that we have planned for the coming year,” Ryan Correlli said. “We’re not planning to overhaul the way this company is run; our main goal is to streamline the overall customer experience. We have big improvements coming to our internal tools and processes to help further our main goal which is providing our customers with the best level of service.”
While the service department has been a cornerstone of the company for years, one of the main focuses for the coming year will be expansion in the retail parts and sales departments. “Like most companies, we were also impacted by the pandemic,” Bill Correlli said. “Having spent the last few years recovering, we're planning for a lot of internal growth this year as we start bringing in new product lines, equipment, and open new positions within the company.”
These changes come as no surprise to the team as Patrick Correlli, Sr., founder and former President of Correlli Incorporated announced late in 2022 that he will be taking a step back from the day-to-day leadership, but will remain on with the company as CEO and Secretary-Treasurer. “I could not be prouder to be leaving this company to my sons,” Patrick Correlli said. “Both Bill and Ryan have had active roles in the leadership and shaping of this company for years and I could not be more confident in their abilities to take this company further than I ever imagined.”
Correlli Incorporated is an equipment all-in-one service provider. Incorporated in the state of Maryland, it is licensed and fully insured. President Patrick Correlli and his sons started Correlli Incorporated on June 1, 1999 as an independent repair shop. The business supports repairs on all makes and models of construction equipment and is now a dealer for several equipment and engine manufacturers.
